PROCESSING TIMES
All of our items are hand made and many of them are custom made. Please allow for a Processing Time of 5-7 business (working days) to process and ship your order.
 
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal and most major credit cards.
New York residents will be charged sales tax ranging from 4% to 8.875% depending on county/address.
 
Credit Card Authorizations or "Holds" are placed on your account at the time of your order, for the full amount of your order.  All transactions are processed and clear your account once your order ships out to you.  Although we will make a reasonable attempt to contact you if charges or transactions are rejected - orders will not ship unless they are paid in full.
 
PAYPAL ADDRESSES
If you are paying with Paypal - please make sure to double check that your SHIPPING address in PAYPAL - matches your ORDER address.
 
SHIPPING
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Pillows ship Fed Ex or UPS Ground; All other items ship via USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMELINES
2-5 business days
Delivery confirmation or tracking is included with shipping on all of our domestic (US) orders. Signature confirmation is only upon request. Please make sure that you are shipping items to a secure location.  We cannot take responsibility and will not replace items that indicate they were delivered but go missing.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We love our international customers!  Please email us at info@auretour.com - we can make up a custom order for you through paypal and give you a quote for shipping pricing.


RETURNS
We can accept returns or exchanges accompanied by your receipt on items in their original, unwashed/unused condition within 14 days of the delivery date of your order only.
All shipping and customs costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return postage, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and in regards to your refund.
Refunds are processed on the original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
 
DAMAGED ITEMS
Although we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, if any damage should occur in transit, please contact us immediately with images so that we can resolve the problem: info@auretour.com
 
DEFECTIVE ITEMS / NOT AS DESCRIBED
Although we have taken great steps to standardize our pieces (hey, it's our style), each item is handmade and there will be slight variations in our prints and from item to item.  We stand behind our products 100% - so feel free to contact us if you are not happy with your order.
 
We have made every effort to faithfully describe and depict our pieces and take great care in making them for you, however, should you notice a problem, please refer to our refund policy and feel free to contact us. Please note that monitors WILL vary in how they depict color.
 
GIFTS
Can be exchanged for Credit only.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
